Buying & Products
Are your laptops new or refurbished?
All our laptops are professionally refurbished business models (Dell Latitude, Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook, Apple MacBook). Each unit is hardware-tested, cleaned, and prepared with a fresh, activated Windows installation before it is listed.
What does “refurbished” mean at Laptops Gulf?
It means the laptop passed our multi-point test — battery health, SSD health, screen, keyboard, ports, webcam and thermals — and any weak part was repaired or replaced before sale. It is not a second-hand laptop sold “as-is”.
Can I test a laptop before buying?
Yes. Visit our Sharjah store and test the exact unit you will take home — keyboard, screen, battery, ports, everything. We encourage it.
Do laptops come with a charger?
Yes, every laptop includes the correct charger for its model.
Can I upgrade RAM or storage later?
Most business models we sell support RAM and SSD upgrades. Ask us about your model — we will tell you honestly what it supports.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do I get?
Every laptop includes a 12-month warranty, printed on your invoice.
What is your return policy?
You have 10 days to return a laptop if you change your mind. The item should be returned in the condition it was delivered; the customer pays the return shipping cost.
What should I do if my laptop has a problem?
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 506 757 156 first — many issues are solved in minutes. If it needs attention, bring or send it to our Sharjah store under your warranty.
Delivery & Payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sharjah and Dubai, and can arrange delivery to other Emirates — ask us on WhatsApp for your area.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available on orders. For any other payment arrangement, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
